Job summary

Purple Mountain Solutions Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Madison, WI facility, focusing on inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is reliable and detail-oriented, with safety focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, plus loading/unloading and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required only for operating company vehicles).
• Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and organize freight for outbound shipments
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Support linehaul and daily shipping operations
• Organize warehouse space to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding priorities and workflow updates
• Respond promptly to operational and customer-related requests
• Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and reduce operational costs
