Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Warehouse Worker for 2nd shift (3:00 PM – finish). You will support shipping and receiving, operate forklifts, and help maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations.

This role offers a competitive base pay of $20.00 per hour, significant incentive potential up to $90,000 annually, day-one benefits, 401k, stock purchase plan, and education assistance. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10-90 pounds and handle varied product weights.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift put-away, let-downs, returns, loading, and receiving.
• Performs general housekeeping and keeps areas safe and clean.
• Performs daily safety checks of forklift and pallet jack.
• Performs damage checks on received items and flags issues.
• Completes paperwork and safety checks as required.
• Supports shipping/receiving functions to maintain flow.
