Job summary

IKEA USA is hiring for a warehouse associate in the Northern Kentucky area. The role covers daily DC operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storage with a customer-first mindset.

You will help unload inbound/outbound goods and document damages to ensure safe, accurate movement of inventory. We seek a candidate with at least 1 year of related experience, able to lift up to 70 lbs, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30 kgs ergonomically.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing with focus on customer needs.
• Unload and handle inbound/outbound goods and document damages.
• Contribute to achieving goals of action plans and adapt to seasonal volume changes.
• Perform tasks and projects as assigned by supervision.
