Job summary

IKEA is hiring a warehouse associate in Perryville, MD to support daily picking, packing, shipping, and receiving with a customer-focused mindset.

You will lift up to 70 lbs, operate a forklift if needed, and work a late-evening shift Wednesday through Saturday; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs/30kg.
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of the goods.
• Unload and handle inbound/outbound goods safely and properly.
• Contribute to daily work goals and action plans to meet seasonal needs.
• Document damages found on inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Other tasks and projects assigned by management.
