Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Minooka, IL to support inventory integrity and order processing. The role offers a 4-day workweek with three days off, and both night and day shift options.

Starting pay is $21.75/hour with raises to $22.95/hour, plus PIE and night-shift bonuses. Benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 18 PTO days, six holidays, and 6% 401(k) company contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing).
• Ensure correct product shipping to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area compliant with OSHA.
