Job summary

Cencora, Inc. in Minnesota is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders, stock inventory, and maintain accurate records. Work schedule includes Sunday 3:00PM-Finish and Monday-Thursday 5:00PM-Finish, with starting pay at $24.66/hour and potential up to $30.23/hour through incentives and differentials.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience.
• Ability to read and understand English to read product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Must complete a GED or high school diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Overtime availability and physical inventory participation.
• May require hazmat training certification.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking and staging orders, returns, shipping and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and move inventory with equipment as needed.
• Use RF devices to aid in picking/packing and data entry.
• Assemble customer orders and confirm quantities and specs.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with training new associates and safety procedures.
• Operate power equipment safely (forklift/reach trucks) as required.
