Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Minnesota. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, manage inventory, and help maintain stock accuracy. Flexible to use RF devices and operate powered equipment as needed.

The role requires at least one year of experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work overtime. A GED or high school diploma is required, with eligible safety trainings and certifications potentially preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience or more.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Maintains a clean work area to prevent injuries.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Overtime availability when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• May require operation of power equipment (20'–40').
• Hazmat training certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and stage customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise received against shipment records; report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and organize materials in designated areas.
• Use RF devices to aid in picking or packing stock.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and ensure correct quantities for shipping.
• Enter orders and returns into the computer system.
• Inspect and return items to proper shelves; conduct daily inventory counts.
• Assist with inventory procedures and training of new associates.
• Operate forklifts/reach trucks in safe manner when required.
