Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a warehouse support professional to join our distribution operations in Minnesota. The role supports transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment activities with emphasis on data integrity and accurate transaction processing.

Four workdays per week, Sunday to Thursday, with one day off. Pay starts at $19.50 per hour with potential to earn up to $24.79 per hour through incentives and bonuses, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
