Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution services in the US. Shift pattern runs Sunday 3:00PM-Finish through Thursday 5:00PM-Finish, with pay ranging $24.66–$30.23 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include receiving, picking, staging, inventory control, and using RF devices. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 1+ year of relevant experience; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of work experience preferred.
• Good understanding of distribution center workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
• Use RF devices to aid picking/packing and inventory tasks.
• Assemble customer orders and ensure quantities meet specifications.
• Enter orders and related data into the computer system.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory procedures and training of new associates.
• Operate power equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
