Job summary

Cardinal Health Cranbury, NJ is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops for inbound or outbound tasks in a fast-paced distribution center. You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, operating various material handling equipment, and working Mon-Fri 4:00 am - 12:30 pm with potential overtime. Ongoing training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience preferred.
Experience with material handling equipment (PIT) preferred.
Must be able to work overtime with little to no notice.
Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Pick large case items with material handling equipment or small items and place on cart.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, etc.).
Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
Raise issues to supervisor and assist in problem resolution.
Attend associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
Follow OSHA standards and Cardinal Health safety policies.
