Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or material handling is preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple production processes and safely operate equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform production functions across multiple departments including lamination, material preparation, finishing, inspection, assembly, equipment operation, and material handling.
• Fill in for absent team members and provide operational support to maintain workflow and schedules.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools (cranes, forklifts) as trained and certified.
• Inspect products and processes for quality, identify defects, and support corrective actions to meet customer specs.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
