Job summary

VALTO Engineered Materials is hiring a Production Associate for day and night shifts in Florence, KY. You will help produce high-quality FRP composite panels while maintaining safety and efficiency on the line.

You will operate equipment, use hand and power tools, inspect for safety, and support 5S/ TPM initiatives. A strong team focus and reliability are essential for meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality composite panels meeting safety and efficiency standards.
• Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for safe condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area across shifts.
• Support 5S and TPM initiatives for equipment reliability.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE guidelines, and company policies.
• Handle and dispose of chemicals and production waste per procedures.
• Participate in overhead crane training and operate equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.

1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday through Wednesday
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM | Monday through Wednesday

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a key role in producing high-quality composite panels while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
