Job summary

Valto, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate for day and night shifts to produce high-quality FRP composite panels.

You will work in a safety-conscious environment, following procedures, and contributing to overall production goals. Responsibilities include operating equipment and hand/power tools, maintaining clean work areas, supporting 5S and TPM initiatives, and ensuring products meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Support 5S and TPM initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and required PPE guidelines.
• Handle and dispose of chemicals and production waste according to company procedures.
• Participate in overhead crane training and safely operate equipment as required.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday through Wednesday
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM | Monday through Wednesday
