Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift in Nelsonville, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee vehicle maintenance staff and ensure safety and productivity standards are met. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of diesel mechanic experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of repair and maintenance experience on diesel powered vehicles.
• Experience working with welding equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff including training and scheduling work.
• Perform employee reviews and monitor attendance.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety regulations are met.
