LAZ Parking in Vail, Colorado seeks an Overnight Valet Shift Lead to supervise the guest valet experience in a fast-paced mountain resort. You will lead a team, ensure service excellence, manage daily reports and payments, and help guests with directions and local tips.

Ideal candidates bring a valid driver's license, 2 years of driving, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings in an active outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the valet team: supervise, mentor, and support team members.
• Train new employees and reinforce service standards.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed.
• Manage daily reports, revenue, and operational paperwork.
• Process payments and credit card transactions.
• Maintain parking and customer account information.
• Serve as a key point of contact between staff, clients, and management.
• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide memorable service that reflects the property’s hospitality standards.
