Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Shift Lead in a vibrant mountain resort community. You will lead a valet team, coach staff, and ensure guests receive first‑class service from arrival to departure.

The role focuses on delivering hospitality standards, managing daily operations, and creating memorable guest experiences in an active outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience
• Acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and special events

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support valet team members
• Help create a positive and engaging team culture
• Train new employees and reinforce service standards
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed
• Support management in improving operational efficiency

The Spirit of the Position

As a Valet Lead, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily valet operations in a fast-paced resort environment. Working alongside the Location Manager, you'll lead by example, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives first-class service from arrival to departure.

Physical Requirements

This is an active outdoor position requiring the ability to:

• Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
• Lift, bend, stoop, and move frequently during shifts
• Work outdoors in changing mountain weather conditions, including snow, rain, wind, heat, and cold temperatures
