  • Maintain traffic flow and follow safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams and represent the LAZ brand.
  • Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do

As a Valet Attendant, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Guest Experience
  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Open vehicle and facility doors for arriving and departing guests
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
  • Provide directions, information, and outstanding customer service
  • Create memorable interactions that reflect the hotel's service standards
Vehicle Operations
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • Issue and manage valet tickets accurately
  • Handle guest vehicles with care and professionalism
  • Maintain organized traffic flow and vehicle staging areas
  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
Team Support
  • Work collaboratively with hotel and hospitality teams
  • Maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
  • Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Represent the LAZ brand with professionalism and energy

Qualifications

Required

  • Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong customer service mindset

Preferred

  • Previous hospitality, valet, hotel, restaurant, or guest service experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments

No valet experience? No problem. We can train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Bend, stoop, and move frequently throughout your shift
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, rain, snow, and mountain temperatures
