Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a Utility Tech-Regular for the 4th shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:30pm–4:30am) at its Braselton distribution center in the United States.

You will operate material handling equipment, support facility maintenance, and ensure safe, accurate work practices in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and follow OSHA and Carter's safety rules.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a multi-shift distribution environment.
• Must follow safety rules and PPE guidelines.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Check-in and check-out of equipment.
• Move cardboard bales and load into trailers.
• Scrub facility floors and maintain housekeeping.
• Work with management and peers to maximize productivity.
