Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia location in Wisconsin is seeking a Utility Line Nights Team Member to produce quality poultry products. The role includes operating on the line, inspecting and packaging, and maintaining a clean work area.

The position features a starting wage of $23.28 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, plus company benefits. Safety is emphasized; numerous training and development programs are available, and opportunities for career growth through supervision or management tracks are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand and work 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees).
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.
• Food production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality grade products for customers on the line.
• Inspect and process poultry ensuring proper stringing and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety, quality and food safety policies at all times.
• Operate CVP and label boxes correctly.
