Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Arcadia, WI is hiring for a Utility Line Days Team Member to help produce quality products in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will perform tasks on the Deli Line, assist with stringing and trimming, and ensure proper packing while maintaining safety standards.

You will work with labeling, boxing, and CVP/taper equipment, receiving on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. Benefits begin after 60 days and include a 401K contribution on day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food production experience preferred.
• Willingness to follow safety policies.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures around 40 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality grade products for customers.
• Inspect and string products during processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Observe safety and quality policies.
• Operate CVP machine and conveyor as needed.
