Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia Location in Wisconsin is seeking a Utility Line Days Team Member to join our team. This role starts at $22.53/hour and focuses on producing quality product while operating on the Deli/WOG line with a strong emphasis on safety and proper procedures.

Responsibilities include inspecting lines, trussing, labeling, boxing, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. Training is provided as part of the Supervisor Development pathway, with benefits after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Remove WOG from the Deli Line and inspect for proper stringing.
• Adjust strings for final trussing.
• Place WOG breast-up on the belt after trussing.
• Ensure boxes and product labeling are correct and within guides.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Observe equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
