Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Utility Line Nights Team Member to produce quality poultry products on the Arcadia, WI line. The role starts at $23.28/hour with a $1.50 shift differential, and includes comprehensive benefits and growth programs.

Responsibilities include executing deli line tasks, trussing, and packing product while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to read and follow packaging and line instructions.
• Willingness to work in a cool environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate the deli line, inspect WOGs, and strings per process.
• Truss and box product accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect for defects and ensure correct labeling on boxes.
• Follow safety policies and report malfunctions.
