Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking a Utility Line Nights Team Member at our Arcadia, WI complex. You will work on the deli line, inspecting and trussing product, labeling and packaging, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The role requires standing 8–10 hours per shift in cool conditions, good communication, and teamwork. Competitive night shift pay, with benefits after 60 days, plus 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense to routine problems.
• Willingness to work in cool temperatures (around 40°F).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Good communication skills and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect packaging line equipment and boxes.
• Monitor product flow and ensure proper labeling and placement.
• Keep work area clean and organized; report malfunctions.
• Assist with CVP machine prep and operation as needed.
• Support safety procedures and adhere to company policies.
