Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia Location in Wisconsin is seeking a Utility Line Nights Team Member to produce quality products and support a safe work environment. The role involves trimming and assembling poultry on the deli line, inspecting WOG components, and maintaining an orderly, efficient workflow.

Starting wage is $23.28/hour with a $1.50 shift differential. Benefits begin after 60 days, with strong advancement and training programs available, including Supervisor Development and Management Trainee

Qualifications

• Able to comprehend simple instructions and follow safety guidelines.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours per shift in a cool environment (around 40 degrees).
• Desire for continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Food production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect the deli line workflow and WOG components.
• Ensure proper stringing, hanging, and placement of products on the line.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and monitor for quality and safety.
