Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 10 years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
• Associates / Bachelors / Masters / Doctorate with maintenance leadership experience.
• Must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership of teams or projects.
• Preferred: 4+ years in biotech/pharma or regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of craft personnel, including utilities operators, electricians, and HVAC techs.
• Provide 24/7 plant and utility coverage and ensure safety and cGMP compliance.
