Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking an upholstery assembler for a fast-paced, team-based production cell. You will hand-build quality components, pace with daily production goals, and operate staple guns, power tools, and framing equipment.

The role requires standing up to 10 hours per day, lifting 50 lbs, and long shifts from 4 PM to 2:30 AM with overtime on Fridays. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Completion of in-house training curriculum.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
