Job summary

Allied Universal in Hawaii seeks a Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol in Aiea. You will protect tenants, visitors, shoppers, and employees, while performing routine patrols and monitoring access points. A valid drivers license and compliance with AU policies are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable using a computer/tablet.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail/mall areas, parking, loading zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious conditions or issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per Allied Universal procedures.
