Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of call center, dispatch, and/or trucking industry experience required.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and must be customer oriented.
• Ability to develop a team required.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to act independently and make decisions.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert to TSS Associates on the floor and perform TSS duties if necessary.
• Assist in mentoring new and existing TSS Associates and ensure junior Associates are seated with senior Associates as necessary.
• Assist Management in monitoring calls, perform quality audits, and carry out special requirements.
• Provide follow up to internal and external customer requests through email and by phone.
• Assist Supervisor in managing TSS Associates' breaks, lunches, work assignments, etc.
• Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
