Job summary

Atlas MedStaff is seeking a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in a Medical/Surgical Step-Down Unit focused on post-cardiac care in a bustling hospital setting in Lee's Summit, MO. Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include drip titration, monitoring patients with EKG and BiPAP, and using Welch Allyn VS monitors and Alaris IV pumps. ACLS and NIH certifications required; expect a fast-paced team environment with a 4:1 patient ratio and opportunities

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required; NIH certification required.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical Step-Down or post-cardiac care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform drip titrations and titratable meds.
• Monitor patients using EKG and BiPAP.
• Operate Welch Allyn VS monitors and Alaris IV pumps.
• Maintain 4:1 patient ratio on 12-hour night shifts.
