Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Maine or eligibility to practice in Maine.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and meet guaranteed hours.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered care environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration and treatment per physician orders.
• Conduct regular assessments and document changes in patient status; monitor vital signs and respond to alarms or changes in condition.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects; manage wound care and other routine nursing tasks.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation in the medical record; maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; participate in rounds and care planning discussions.
