Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in a night-shift role (Wed–Sat, 9:00pm–7:00am) to lead dispatch, labor cost control, and product protection. The position emphasizes safety, process compliance, and development of supervisory staff.

Qualified candidates typically have an Associate's degree with 3–4+ years related experience or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time dispatches, maintain low labor cost and product loss.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company processes.
• Develop daily operating plans including equipment maintenance and driver schedules.
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff; may lead safety/quality committees.
• Coordinate staffing with HR to optimize employee involvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
