Job summary

Form Energy, an American energy storage leader, seeks a Night Shift Training Technician for Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. You will train Production Associates on SOPs, safety protocols, and work instructions, while developing engaging materials and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to update content as processes evolve, measure training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in a training, mentoring, or instructional role, preferably on a factory floor.
• Experience with developing and maintaining technical documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and classroom-based instruction for Production Associates on SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols.
• Develop, write, and maintain clear, user-friendly training content and work instructions with visuals.
• Create assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and track certification status.
• Ensure training emphasizes OSHA and company safety policies and reflects process changes.
