Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience monitoring processes in an assembly or production setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment.
• Familiarity with process control systems, data analysis, and statistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic production environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.
