Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production.
• Prior night-shift or off-hours leadership experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing metrics and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority on the production floor during overnight hours.
• Mentor and set daily priorities for night-shift technicians.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators and implement improvements.
• Assess equipment and process issues to ensure robust fixes.
• Document and communicate overnight issues to day-shift teams.
• Initiate projects to eliminate waste and optimize reliability.
• Identify usability challenges specific to night-shift operations.
