Form Energy in Weirton, WV is hiring a process technician to support our operations sustaining team. You will help deploy and stabilize new processes in partnership with production, contributing to growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities include monitoring production, troubleshooting equipment, and developing SOPs, while upholding safety and collaborating across functions to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience monitoring processes in assembly or production settings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with process control systems, data analysis and statistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Detail-oriented with precise record-keeping.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic production setting.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactive safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct audits and data analysis to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to SOPs and work instructions development.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote safety culture.
• Communicate progress and project statuses with team and supervisors.
