Job summary

Job description

The Role

Trade & Operations Support provides external‑facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off‑hours shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide external‑facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
• Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
• Troubleshoot and escalates operational, connectivity, and client‑related issues in real time
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales, to support and enhance the client experience.
• Execute day‑to‑day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows.
• Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations
• Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred
• Experience in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive trading environment
• Prior client‑facing support experience strongly preferred
• SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain

Salary Range and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
