Job summary

Usi Insurance is seeking an Overnight Trade & Operations Support at mid level to provide real-time trade support during overnight and early market sessions. The role focuses on expanding market coverage, monitoring systems health, and resolving issues outside standard hours.

You will support client trading workflows, oversee internal platforms, and collaborate with Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations.
• Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment.
• Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
• Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
• Troubleshoot and elevate operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales, to support and enhance the client experience.
• Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows
• Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement

Trade & Operations Support - Overnight - Mid Level

The Trade & Operations Support role is responsible for supporting global trading activity during overnight and early market sessions. This role helps expand market coverage by providing real-time trade support, monitoring of systems health and connectivity, and resolving operational issues outside of standard business hours.
Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts.

Salary Range And Benefits
The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
• Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
