Job summary

3Si, based in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Tracking Support Center Representative to assist law enforcement with live GPS tracking and case coordination. This hybrid role blends customer service with technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced security center.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. It includes a fixed third shift 12:00am–8:00am Tue–Sat after three weeks of training, plus in-office training and cross training in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Customer service or dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read maps and provide clear direction to law enforcement.
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling crime and non-crime situations.
• Demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Research and explain step-by-step technical troubleshooting solutions.
• Maintain logs and document all calls; communicate with customers and law enforcement.
