Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Field Services Support Specialist to optimize support for store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service to field personnel. The role involves maintenance support, troubleshooting, and coordinating communication regarding maintenance issues.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. This position requires flexibility to work 24/7 with four 10-hour shifts per week, including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a service industry or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• C-Store or other retail experience a plus.
• Knowledge of PC, network, hardware, and software installation and configuration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance support to store operations.
• Performs basic call taking and troubleshooting functions.
• Follows up on open service complaints.
• Facilitates open communication regarding maintenance support issues.
