Job summary

3Si is hiring a Tracking Support Center Representative in Malvern, PA for a hybrid role. You will assist law enforcement with live GPS tracking support, ensuring accurate information and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires strong English skills, customer service experience (911/dispatch preferred), and the ability to work a fixed third shift with in-office training followed by hybrid work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
• Customer service or 911/dispatch experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read maps and provide clear direction to law enforcement.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling crime/non-crime situations.
• Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
• Research, resolve, and explain step-by-step technical troubleshooting.
• Listen, ask questions, and document important information during calls.
• Maintain logs and document all calls; communicate with customers and law enforcement.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
