Qualifications

• BS in chemistry, materials science, or related preferred.
• Experience handling wafers, thin films, and semiconductor materials.
• Ability to document results and generate technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for ToF-SIMS analysis per procedures.
• Perform routine ToF-SIMS analyses including spectroscopy and imaging.
• Operate the ToF-SIMS instrument during second shift hours.
• Support instrument maintenance and coordinate with first shift.
• Document experimental conditions and results in lab systems.
• Prepare analysis summaries and contribute to reports.
• Dispose of laboratory waste according to protocols.
• Work second shift and coordinate with first shift scientists.
