Yoh Staffing’s client is seeking a Semiconductor Technician to support ToF-SIMS analyses on second shift in Wilmington, DE. You will prepare samples, run surface spectroscopy and depth profiling, and operate the instrument with guidance from first-shift scientists.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in chemistry, materials science, or related field preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor materials and sample prep.
• Ability to document results and prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for ToF-SIMS analysis per procedures.
• Perform routine ToF-SIMS analyses including surface spectroscopy and depth profiling.
• Operate the ToF-SIMS instrument during second shift hours.
• Maintain instrument and coordinate with first shift staff.
• Document conditions, samples, observations, and results.
• Prepare analysis summaries and contribute to reports.
• Dispose of lab waste per protocols.
• Work second shift hours and coordinate with team.
