Qualifications
Must be able to wear protective equipment like respirators and goggles.
Should have the ability to assist weavers with major breakouts.
Must follow safety rules prescribed by the plant.
Responsibilities
Tie in and pull over new warp while making sure all ends are drawn properly.
Keep the tie-in machine and rack clean.
Carry waste and clamps to proper containers.
