Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs from ground to 6 feet; occasional lifts over 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must read and interpret specification sheets and quality requirements.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Make machine adjustments within allowances to ensure product quality.
• Notify supervisor of malfunctions and quality issues promptly.
• Assist in material changes and keep production area clean and organized.
• Accurately complete production documentation and logs.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Follow instructions and respond to management direction.
• Assemble packaging and palletize finished material.
