BekaertDeslee USA Inc. is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate high-speed machinery in our Winston-Salem, NC plant. The role focuses on safe, efficient production with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities include feeding and preparing materials, inspecting blades, recording data in SAP, and packaging finished fabric. On-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating machinery.
• Understanding of production procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to monitor machine performance and document data.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep area around machines clean and safe to work in.
• Retrieve and position full A-frames at the slitter.
• Inspect cutting blades for proper operation and monitor slit dimensions.
• Set the specified roll length and assemble boxes for packaging.
• Record data in SAP and label boxes correctly.
• Assist in other areas at manager's request.
