Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to support the Thin Films area on the back-end night shift. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of equipment in a high-volume fab, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, fluid, robotics, and software systems, and support continuous improvement efforts.

This night shift position carries a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience on Thin Films equipment.
• Centura HDP Toolset experience.
• Technical Associates Degree, military training or the equivalent combination of education, military training, and/or technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and non-routine corrective maintenance.
• Schedule PM and non-routine corrective work with equipment, production, and process groups to minimize fab impact.
• Act as a technical resource for tool and maintenance system improvement projects.
• Maintain certifications current for equipment, safety, and incident response.
• Track and report daily activities through verbal and written pass down.
• Participate on the company's Emergency Response Team (ERT).
