Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Test Operator for night shift to perform functional testing on components and assemblies. You will set up and operate test equipment, analyze pass/fail data, and troubleshoot test gear in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Requires strong hand-eye coordination, and proficiency with Word/Excel; teamwork and clear communication are essential. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Typically requires one year of experience or less.
• Previous electronics experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and non-routine testing on components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Set up and operate test equipment such as DC power supplies and bench testers.
• Interpret and analyze pass/fail data accurately.
• Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end manufacturing teams to meet production and quality standards.
