Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a Terminal Coordinator to support dock operations for our largest customer’s facilities in Arizona and Colorado. You will ensure drivers meet safety requirements and maintain on-time arrivals and departures, while monitoring equipment shortages and updating records.

The role requires experience in fleet/transportation logistics, strong communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and regional knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transportation, warehouse operations or third-party logistics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers, drivers and peers.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to exceed commitments.
• Knowledge of the region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers adhere to terminal flow on site.
• Collaborate with drivers to ensure on-time arrival and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool to elevate equipment shortages proactively.
• Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.
• Interact professionally with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members.
• Escalate safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.
• Communicate safety expectations to drivers and team members.
• Verify all information on paperwork is correct.
• Update systems with up-to-date information for visibility and transparency.
