Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a CNA to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced unit. You will support licensed nurses, perform activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help ensure patient safety in a 7pm–7am night shift.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to rotate holidays and weekends as needed. Benefit-eligible position in a Magnet-designated hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Administers ADLs, takes vital signs, and conducts basic monitoring as requested.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Documents patient care activities using proper medical terminology.
