Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document care, and contribute to a safe healing environment during night shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
No prior experience required; hospital setting experience not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Implements direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vital signs.
Records patient data and communicates changes to the nursing team.
Maintains patient safety and provides 1:1 sitter support as needed.
Ensures supplies and equipment are available for patient needs.
Participates in activities promoting patient safety and quality care.
